Alice Marie has just finished gradual school in History and, in a matter of
weeks, will receive her official walking papers from a large Midwestern
university. She is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she
grows up. Alice's frequent use of the phrase "when I grow up" testifies
to, among other things, the infantilizing nature of gradual school. In August of
2005, Alice will be moving to the north shore of Long Island in order to be
closer to Gutsy's not-so-corporate headquarters.
